Refund & Return Policy

At My Paw Spot, your satisfaction is our priority.
We want both pet parents and vendors to have a smooth shopping experience, so here’s how our refund and return process works:

1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Certain items such as perishable goods (e.g., food, treats), personal care items (e.g., grooming tools, shampoos), and customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Attach photos or videos showing the issue so we can resolve it quickly — either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

5. Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item, please request a refund and place a new order.
