We want both pet parents and vendors to have a smooth shopping experience, so here’s how our refund and return process works:
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Certain items such as perishable goods (e.g., food, treats), personal care items (e.g., grooming tools, shampoos), and customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return.
Contact our support team at community@mypawspot.com> with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, we’ll provide the return instructions and address.
You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Attach photos or videos showing the issue so we can resolve it quickly — either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item, please request a refund and place a new order.
